BIONET team has real experience in the selection, design, construction, start-up and operation of bioreactors for pharma and industrial applications.
We provide:
- Fermentation pilot plant design and construction. Fermentation pilot plants from 35 liters to 1000 liters, with a customized approach to satisfy clients needs in terms of bioreactor design, instrumentation and automation. This serie has been created for customers who are looking for pilot plants for scaling-up lab developments, for small production or as seed generators for industrial fermentation
- Plants revamp and automation. We have the capacity for the diagnosis of second hand equipment and instrumentation systems, and for the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation revamp. We automate and redesign biotech equipment adapting its capabilities to owner needs, in terms of process and cost.
- Fermentation industrial processes design, engineering and construction. Once lab and pilot phases are completed and is time for industrial scale-up. We offer engineering services from plant basic engineering to complete project management until plant start-up.
This plants are highly automated, in-situ sterilizable, with nutrient feed sterilizable lines (optional) and compact and skid mounted with a plug & play philosophy.
All components (valves, pumps, scada, controllers,..) are from first brands with worldwide technical assistance and maintenance support.
